Sending method and location:

All parcels are sent via Registered Australia Post delivery unless otherwise requested. The originating Post Office will be Campbelltown Post Office Lower North East Rd Campbelltown SA 5074 AUSTRALIA.

Parcel Delivery 8.00am to 5.00pm:

Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel as parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Special Delivery Instructions:
If there is no one home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Post outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location. If it is unlikely that anyone will be home when delivery is attempted, you may consider one of the following alternatives: * Include special delivery instructions on the parcel (i.e. if unattended, please leave parcel at door, in carport, etc.). * Choose an address at which you know the parcel will be able to be delivered (i.e. work, care of family member, care of neighbor, etc.).

We recommend confirming regular parcel delivery times with your local post office.

Express Post Parcel Delivery:
Express Post service is also available but delivery times depend on a parcel’s place of origin and its destination. Based on this, Australia Post has the following delivery times;

Within same State posted for delivery will be delivered by the next business day after posting.

Within metropolitan areas of capital cities or within the same city or town or environs will be delivered the next day. Between a metropolitan area of a capital city and country locations, one to three working days.
Between country locations, one to four working days.
